Return & Refund Policy – ARELA FOOTPRINTS

At ARELA FOOTPRINTS, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice

  • Footwear tried on indoors is acceptable, but must show no signs of wear

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products marked as Final Sale

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering

  • Custom-made or limited-edition products

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Go to our Returns Center (or contact us via the provided form/process).

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will review and schedule a pickup (if available) or guide you to ship the item back.

Note: Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchanges

We allow size exchanges within the 7-day return window, subject to availability. Please mention your desired size when requesting an exchange.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no extra cost.
